Starting a new job anywhere is always a challenge. We understand that the majority of our new starters in the Academy may have never worked in an office environment before, let alone for a recruitment company.
My role is to ease them into the new environment whilst teaching them the best practices of recruitment.

The Academy induction process involves a 6 week initial training plan, where we introduce new skills and techniques gradually, giving time for trainees to learn and practice the skills that will be the foundations to their career in recruitment.
The training is built around a simple mantra: ‘Do, Review, Learn, Apply’.
