We, at Square One, appreciate that and this is why we are proud to offer an exceptional wellbeing and benefits package to all of our employees. What makes our wellbeing scheme unique is that it is led by employee feedback; once a quarter we ask our team what we can do to improve day-to-day life at Square One and, wherever possible, we tailor our benefits in response to their suggestions.
While we will always offer fundamental benefits to our team, such as travel insurance, private health care, dental and optometrist coverage, we firmly believe that wellbeing encompasses an individual's state of mind. As such, we offer a 24-hour employee assistance programme which provides confidential support and counselling.
This allows everyone at Square One an avenue to safely and confidentially deal with any issues that may be adding unnecessary stress to their everyday lives. The outcome of this has helped us build a stronger team.
We are also equipped to extend options for those with travel concerns (regarding COVID-19 or limited mobility) and offer our employees the opportunity to work from home. This helps staff to cut down on commuting time and reduce travel costs while allowing them to stay productive from the comfort of their own home.

Not only does Square One pay for your monthly gym membership, but we also allow all of our gym-goers extra time during their lunch hours to ensure they complete their daily fitness routine. For those who may not want a gym membership, we offer a monthly cash alternative.

I've used our medical provider on several occasions. Whereas I could have waited over six months for an appointment via the NHS, I was seen immediately by our provider. This really expedited the diagnosis and treatments.
The cycle to work scheme enabled me to purchase a high-end bike without the cost impact. This was especially useful during the lockdown period, where I cycled over 250 miles in the first few weeks. It is a great commuting alternative for me.
Using the extended gym lunch-hour benefit has done wonders for me. I don't have to rush in and out of the gym, and I still get a decent exercise and lunch period. It really helps fit my health regiment into my busy work week.
After some weeks of serious prep-work, we managed to kick off our H1 2020 Ibiza incentive with a bang. Dressed in proper 90's rave fashion the whole Square One Team got to compete in a series of Ibiza & beach-based games. It was definitely one of the more action-packed days.
